It is not the same to be Project Manager or a test user of different airlines and travel services. But sometimes it feels like it… After some years of traveling for work, I have a preference list of airlines. The top winner (for me) would be the Malaysian Airlines – with amazing service with highest attention to the details. In middle I rank all the normal airlines with overall good service, and at very last place some of the low costs which seem to have made poor service, many delays and disappointments to a policy…

…Make all the difference

It’s like with everything else; to be good you have to pay attention to the details.  The difference is the details and this is for sure very true when it comes to project management and quality work.  But you will say, the difference is in the price, you get what you pay for. Well yes, but being attentive does not cost more; it all depends on policy of the company and motivation of the person doing the work. Happy people do better work and that is not the only benefit of feeling good and happy…:)
